El
pasado día 19 de Junio en la ciudad de Lloret de
Mar en Cataluña se reunieron el Presidente de la
AMF Rolando Alarcón con el Presidente de la UEFS
Valeriy Akhumyan y el Secretario General de la misma Entidad
José María Zamora, departiendo sobre diversos
aspectos de interés y estrechando las Relaciones
entre la Asociación Mundial de Futsal(AMF) y la Unión
Europea de Futbol Sala (UEFS). Se profundizó sobre
aspectos relativos al mundial de Futsal que se va a celebrar
en Marzo del próximo año en Colombia, y sobre
todo en determinar que equipos Europeos van a estar presentes
en Colombia, determinándose que definitivamente los
Países que seguro van a estar en Colombia serán
Rusia, Republica Checa y Bielorrusia, quedando fuera del
Mundial Países como Bélgica, por voluntad
propia, o Letonia al no tener su afiliación a la
AMF en las condiciones que la entidad mundial exige, ambos
Países con el mérito deportivo conseguido.
Ante esta situación El presidente de la AMF informo
a la UEFS que esas dos plazas vacantes serian adjudicadas
por la AMF en función de su mejor criterio.
Valeriy Akhumyan presidente de la UEFS informó al
presidente de la AMF que las dos siguientes selecciones
con el mérito deportivo adjudicado eran Cataluña
y Osetia del Sur. Sin embargo la AMF informó que
seria la Asociación Mundial quien definitivamente
adjudicaría esas dos vacantes en función de
su mejor criterio y que a principios del mes de Julio adjudicarían
las vacantes para tener tiempo suficiente de incluirlas
en el Sorteo del Campeonato del mundo que se va a celebrar
en Bogotá (Colombia) el próximo día
17 de Agosto. Rolando Alarcón también confirmo
cuales serian las diversas sedes de la competición
Mundial. Estas son Bogotá, Medellín Bucaramanga
y Villavicencio. Clasificando para cuartos de final los
dos primeros clasificados de cada una de las sedes. En estos
momentos Rolando Alarcón ya confirmó además
de Rusia, Bielorrusia, y la Republica Checa, la participación
de los siguientes Países Paraguay, Argentina, Colombia,
Perú, Ecuador, Brasil, Uruguay y Venezuela, quedando
por definir las dos plazas pendientes de adjudicar por la
AMF excedentes de Europa y una por, Oceanía, Centro
América y Norte América. Con las que se completará
el cuadro de las 16 Selecciones participantes.
En esas fechas el Presidente de la AMF Rolando Alarcón
aprovechó para mantener encuentros con Jordi Eduardo
Presidente de la FCFS, Ignacio Doñate, Director General
de Proyección Internacional de la Organizaciones
Catalanas del Gobierno de Cataluña y Anna Pruna Secretaria
General para el Deporte del Gobierno de Cataluña.
El presidente de la UEFS Valeriy Akhumyan también
aprovecho la visita a Cataluña para entrevistarse
con el Presidente de la Federación Catalana, y departir
con el Secretario General de la UEFS de caras a la organización
del Congreso de la UEFS que tendrá lugar en la ciudad
de Lloret de Mar los días 18 y 19 de Septiembre,
y la elaboración del calendario de Competiciones
para el año 2011.

On
